15 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum (0.40FTE), Monday – Friday three hours per day in line with curriculum needs

We are looking for a motivated, independent and hard-working Senior Technician to join our Open Faculty to support our DT department to deliver a varied curriculum across a range of mediums.  We are seeking an individual who has an interest in the education of young people and who will support the faculty to achieve the best possible outcomes for students.

We are looking for a candidate with a genuine interest in design technology, who will be committed and able to work independently to meet agreed goals, be flexible and innovative, be committed to driving school improvement and be a role model for students.  You will have health and safety responsibility for machinery and equipment in the faculty (training will be provided) and should be comfortable working with a range of machinery and equipment.

You will be joining a great team of passionate teachers who make up a successful faculty, with a proven record of good student outcomes.
