Parent Support Adviser
Hello, my name is Louise Martin and I am the Parent Support Adviser here at Notre Dame.
This new role within school has been developed to provide information, advice and support to all parents and carers. This need not be restricted to issues related to education, but could cover any aspect of family life.
I am a member of the Support Staff. I am available to listen to any concerns you may have regarding your daughter’s learning, behaviour or welfare....
My role is to support you as a parent or carer, providing a service which is confidential and impartial. I am a dedicated point of contact that is easily accessible by telephone or email.
Your Views
Part of my role is to gain parents and carers views and ensure these are represented, enhancing the partnership between school and home.
PSAs also work with parents and carers to gain their views on services available to families in the city and to ensure these views are represented at regular family forums.
